Episode 02: Cooking with Snow Fungus
Cathy finds a lovely jelly fungus in her backyard - and that leads to an episode in the Sporopod Test Kitchen. Join us as we chat about the Tremella fuciformis, an edible and medicinal fungus, also called the snow fungus or white jelly fungus. It's well known in many Asian cultures.
